Ecstatic
Okay, maybe I’m a little less than ecstatic. But guess what? Weardrobe just approved me! Now I’ll have to do some HTML-code editing to give you a link under “Contact Me,” but I can say that I’m on a real fashion website that you have to apply to get into. Doesn’t the word “apply” just fall off the tongue?

Thanksgiving Birthday
My aunt’s birthday happens to coincide with Thanksgiving on some years. Here are the pics from this year’s celebration, taken by my dad.
I ceremoniously carried out the cake. Since my bedroom is at the end of the hallway and is the farthest away from the dining room, that’s where we lit the candles. I put all the candles in the package on the cake and my bed nearly went on...

200
200 posts. Dearest followers, we’ve been through a lot. Hiatuses, post overflows, tumblr crashes, the like. Despite everything, we’ve made it to 200 posts!
Now, I would like to make an appeal to everyone on tumblr. If you are not using your blog, please don’t just abandon it. Delete it!
I recently had to go through and make an unfollowing spree. I’m sure there’s...

You Guys Can Comment!
I just got Disqus! Everybody knows that one of Tumblr’s biggest flaws is that it doesn’t allow commenting; it only allows you to reply if that person is following you and they check that off in their settings. With some quick HTML touch-ups, you can comment and thumbs-up/thumbs-down. Comment away!

All grown up
I watched the momma bird lay her eggs, the babies hatch, and then fly away. What a piece of work this nest is!

Reblog if you believe love has no gender.
Why am I reblogging this shit? I hate reblogging but I couldn’t let all of my followers know that I saw it but didn’t reblog!
A little message to everyone out there: please stop making these guilt-inducing reblog taunts.

Follow-up to yesterday's post
I went to my locker just before first period, and Mr. _____ said sarcastically, “I don’t know, Abigail, that scarf might be gang-related.”
“How?”
“Lil’ Wayne wore a scarf like that when he was arrested for gun possession … then again, I doubt the little girl with the legwarmers has a gun on her.”
Ms. _________ said, “Yeah, right,...

When I was in first or second grade, I bought A is for Abigail, by Lynn Cheney, at a book fair, mainly because it had my name on it and the front cover had nice illustrations.
Little did I understand the significance of this quote on the first page:
That you may rise to honor and to fame, the ornament of your country and the blessing of your parents, is the ardent wish of your friend and...
Everybody follow this girl here. She’s my friend Meg Hardin, and she’s new to Tumblr. Don’t worry, she will never dissapoint.

I have a bunch of stuff to upload, but I guess Tumblr wants to be mean for some reason and not let me upload. Oh well!
